Speak to the Virgin Mobile Customer Support team on 0843 506 9246 to find out about special offers for existing Customers of Broadband, TV or Home phones. This can include

  • Unlimited calls and texts to other Virgin mobile numbers
  • Money off your monthly bill if you buy a Pay Monthly phone.
  • Mobile Insurance worth up to £7.99 a month included with Pay Monthly phones.


Going Abroad ?

Call the Virgin Mobile Customer Services team on 0843 506 9246 for details of the costs of making and receiving calls and texts abroad. You can also find out about the costs of Directory Enquiry calls, using Voicemail, calling Premium Rate Numbers, and accessing the Web. If you want details of accessing the Mobile Web, ask about using a Virgin “Travel Pass” with up to 250 Mb of data available. You will also need details of the daily limits you are allowed.


Phone Settings

If you want help with setting your phone up for Picture Messaging, Mobile Web and Email on your phone, speak to one of the advisors on the Virgin Mobile Customer helpline on 0843 506 9246. Before calling make sure you know the name of the manufacturer of your phone.


Upgrading your Phone

If you want to discuss the options you have for upgrading your phone, then speak to the Customer Support team for Virgin Mobile on 0843 506 9246. If you are a Pay as you Go customer then for every £100 you spend Virgin will give £10 towards your next phone, up to £100.

If you pay Monthly and your contract is up you can speak to one of the team about your upgrade options.


Lost or Stolen Phones

If you have lost your phone or you think it has been stolen, then call the Customer Services team for Virgin Mobile on 0843 506 9246, within 24 hours.

You should have your IMEI number to hand. This is a 15 digit number and will be in the box that came with your phone and / or in the Welcome pack. Your phone can be blocked to prevent anyone else using it.

If it is insured then contact the Police and make a note of the Crime Reference Number. You will need this to make a claim.

Switching to Virgin

This is straightforward and can be done quite quickly. If your existing contract is coming to an end or you just want a better deal, speak to the Virgin Mobile Customer Helpdesk on 0843 506 9246.

Things to consider when planning a switch

  • You may still be under contract
  • Your phone may need unlocking. ( Speak to your current network provider about this )
  • You can keep your existing number and have it transferred to the Virgin Network. You will need a PAC Code for this.

Recycling your old phone
